Oshi Isbani

Oshi Isbani has a diverse work experience in various industries.

Oshi has the most recent position as EVP - IT Infrastructure & Operational Division Head at Mandiri Sekuritas, starting in December 2023.

Prior to that, Oshi worked at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. for over 13 years, where they held different roles such as VP Head of Human Capital Business Partner IT & Digital Banking, VP Head of IT Application Development Department, VP Head of IT Application Support Department, AVP Enterprise Risk & Analytics Solution, AVP Technology & Risk Management, and Senior Manager Technology & Risk Management.

Before joining PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Oshi gained experience as an MBA Intern - Consultant at The University of Melbourne in 2009 and 2008.

Earlier in their career, Oshi worked at Schlumberger as a GSD Team Leader and at Astragraphia Document Solution as a System Analyst.

Oshi Isbani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Indonesia from 1997 to 2001. They later pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance and Strategy at Melbourne Business School from 2007 to 2009. In 2017 to 2018, Oshi Isbani completed a Transformational Business Leadership program at The University of Sydney Business School. In 2022, they attended the IMD Advanced Leadership Program. Oshi Isbani also acquired additional certifications in various fields, including People Analytics, Agile Software Development, Leadership, Data Warehousing, and Customer Analytics.
