Tara Wills

Tara Wills has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Head of Human Resources Operations at MandM Direct since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company from January 2021 to August 2023. Before joining MandM Direct, Tara was the Human Resources Manager at M and M direct from August 2020 to January 2021. Tara also gained experience as a Human Resources Advisor and Account Manager at Randstad from April 2017 to July 2020. Tara's earlier roles include being a Store Manager at TK MAXX from September 2013 to April 2017, and a Store Manager at Decathlon UK from February 2009 to September 2013.
