As the Chief Executive Officer of Mando since 1999, Becky leads a company that specializes in developing science-based promotional rewards and incentives, leveraging data-driven insights to align with consumer needs and brand strategies. Becky's leadership experience includes significant roles at The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM), where past responsibilities encompassed serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman, overseeing board meetings and ensuring effective governance.
