Lie Harjono graduated from Woodbury University, USA. The legal basis for his first appointment as Commissioner was the decision of the 2001 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of the GMS Number 6 dated 9 May 2001. He was reappointed as Commissioner based on the resolution of the 2020 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of GMS Number 1 dated April 16, 2020. Currently serving as President Director of PT Asia Paramita Indah since 2008. He has an affiliate relationship with one of the Company's Shareholders, namely PT Asia Paramita Indah.
