Masahiro Ueda completed his last education at the Faculty of Economics, Hokkaido University. The legal basis for his appointment as Senior Managing Director is the decision of the 2018 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of the GMS Number 13 dated 19 April 2018. He was appointed as President Director/CEO based on the resolution of the 2020 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of GMS Number 1 April 16, 2020. Joined Mandom Corporation in 2014. Previously he worked at Sony Corporation from 1983 to 2014. He has an affiliate relationship with the Company's Controlling and Major Shareholder, namely Mandom Corporation.
