Norihito Azuma graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University, Hyogo, Japan. The legal basis for his first appointment as Senior Director was the decision of the 2020 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of GMS Number 1 dated 16 April 2020. Joined Mandom Corporation in 1990 in Quality Control. He has held several senior positions at Mandom Corporation, including as Manager in the Purchasing Department in 2009 and as Manager of the Fukusaki Factory in 2014 until becoming Executive Officer of the Fukusaki Factory in 2018. He has an affiliation with the Company's Controlling and Main Shareholder, namely Mandom Corporations.
