Tiurma Rondang Sari completed her last education at the Postgraduate Program at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. The legal basis for her first appointment as Director was the decision of the 2011 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of the GMS Number 9 dated 20 April 2011. She was reappointed as Director based on the resolution of the 2020 Annual GMS, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of GMS Number 1 dated April 16, 2020. Joined the Company in 2002 as Product Development Manager, then from 2010 to 2011 served as Head of the Product Development Department. She has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners or Directors and the Company's Shareholders.
