Ignacio González Lacoste is a co-founder and director of Mandomedio, a human resources services company operating in Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia. They served as the General Manager at Mandomedio from 2006 to 2022 and later took on the role of Executive Director at Insigni Leadership Consulting from 2014 to 2023. Currently, Ignacio holds the position of General Manager at BPX and continues to play a key role in the development of human resources solutions within the Sable group. Ignacio completed the PADE Senior Management Program at ESE Business School Chile in 2016.
