Allison Bruning Tucker

Allison Bruning Tucker is an experienced analytical chemist with a strong background in flavor research and development. Beginning a career as a Research Associate at Givaudan Flavors from September 2006 to August 2011, Allison performed qualitative and quantitative GC/MS analysis supporting various flavor matching and research projects. Following this role, Allison worked at MANE from August 2011 to January 2020, where positions included Analytical Chemist III, Analytical Sciences Manager, and Strategic Initiatives Director. Allison holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Technology, both from the University of Cincinnati.
