Benjamin LASSABLIERE is a seasoned Flavor R&D Director at MANE in Switzerland, with extensive experience in flavor innovation and technical development across Asia-Pacific. Since joining MANE in September 2001, Benjamin has held several leadership roles, including Strategic Development Technical Director APAC, where expertise in botanical extraction, taste modulation, and flavor encapsulation was established. Previously, Benjamin managed an evaluation and application team for flavor developments in China, Korea, and Taiwan, and has led projects in confectionery, bakery, and oral care across Europe, implementing long-term strategies and setting up specialized laboratories. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Engineer at Danone Biscuit, focusing on new product development technologies for filled products in Europe. Benjamin holds a graduate degree in Food Science and Food Engineering from the University of Guelph and a degree in Food Science and Food Engineering from ISARA.
