Brian Dunican, Ed.D., is currently the Director of Engagement at MANE, where they focus on enhancing workplace culture and fostering community relationships. With a robust background in operations management, Brian has held leadership positions at various companies, including Tyco Healthcare, 3A Composites Americas, and SCA. They hold a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University, along with a Master’s in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a commitment to increasing productivity and engagement while implementing innovative solutions to operational challenges.
