Caroline Dubourg

Caroline Dubourg is a seasoned professional in the fragrance industry, currently serving as the Fragrance CG Research & Innovation & Marketing of Innovation Director EMEA at MANE since July 2007. Notable achievements include the establishment of a new unit focused on Natural Physical Treatments, which integrates extrusion and extraction R&D activities, along with overseeing production workshops. Caroline has expertise in encapsulation technologies and has managed projects from laboratory to industrial scale, including the development of innovative analytical methods. Prior experience includes a role as a Technico-commercial Engineer at SEPPIC, providing commercial and technical support in the Pharma/Nutrition sector, as well as an R&D internship focusing on drug absorption in biological systems. Caroline holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agro-alimentaire from ENITIAA / ONIRIS.
