Carrie Ho has accumulated extensive experience in the food flavoring industry, working as a Flavourist at Lucta from 2010 to 2013 and contributing to the creation of savory seasonings for the meat manufacturing industries in China. Prior to that, they held roles as a Food Technologist and Flavour Technologist at Firmenich Asia Pte Ltd from 1999 to 2009, specializing in savory flavors for instant noodles and meats. Currently, Carrie is employed as a Product Development Manager at MANE since 2025, continuing to innovate in the field of flavor development.
