Helene Allain is a seasoned professional in sensory evaluation with extensive experience in the flavor and food industries. Currently serving as the Sensory Evaluation Manager for the EMEA region within MANE since July 2011, Helene oversees the sensory evaluation department while coordinating global programs across Mane's sensory departments. Previous roles include Sensory Evaluation Project Leader for dairy products and beverages at MANE, and Sensory Department Manager at AGRO EMERGENCES, where the focus was on supporting local AOP label programs. Earlier career experiences included positions at Unilever, Nofima/Matforsk, and AgroSup Dijon, where Helene contributed to sensory analysis and consumer science research. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in sensory property management and food science from AgroSup Dijon and Université François Rabelais, along with participation in the Future Leader Program at IMD.
