Kelly Hendricks

Kelly Hendricks is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Group Human Resource Business Partner at MANE from January 2022 to January 2024, Kelly previously held roles as a Human Resources Manager and as a Junior Human Capital Business Partner at Amaro Foods from December 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, an internship in Organizational Development was completed at the City of Cape Town in early 2018, alongside academic tutoring at the University of Cape Town in mid-2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Western Cape (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology specializing in Change Management from the University of Cape Town (2016). An undergraduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, alongside coursework in Psychology and Sociology, was also earned at the University of Cape Town (2012-2015). Kelly's foundational education includes a National Senior Certificate from Norman Henshilwood High School (2007-2011).
