Patricia Cruz

Patricia Cruz currently serves as a Senior Commercial Sales Coordinator and Regulatory Project Coordinator at MANE since May 2019, while also being the Managing Owner of Smo’Q & Then Some, which specializes in BBQ style foods and bakery sweets since June 2019. Prior to these roles, Patricia held various positions including Regulatory Labeling Specialist at Tyson Foods and Food Labeling Technologist & Team Process Coordinator at AdvancePierre Foods, providing extensive technical and regulatory support for USDA and FDA food labeling. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Administrator at ATC Group Services LLC and Administrative Assistant at BHE Environmental, Inc., among others, encompassing significant administrative, project management, and support functions across multiple organizations. Key accomplishments include receiving the Teamwork of the Year Award in 2007 and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives. Patricia has also engaged in volunteer efforts with the United Way Campaign Committee.
