Thomas Thieuleux

Thomas Thieuleux is an experienced application technologist specializing in beverage and beer, currently working at MANE since July 2022, where responsibilities include flavors evaluation and recipe development. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions at Tastepoint by IFF as a flavorist and application technologist for beverage and dairy, and at International Flavors & Fragrances as an apprentice application technologist focusing on dairy and plant-based products. Early career experience includes a quality control internship at Jean Niel, and roles in retail and food service. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Chemistry Engineering focused on perfumes and flavors from the University of Montpellier, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
