Vinny Mulyadi

Vinny Mulyadi is a Junior Flavorist at MANE since May 2018, where responsibilities include formulating new flavors for various sweet categories in response to customer briefs. Previously, Vinny held positions as a Flavorist Apprentice and Associate Fragrance Development Manager, managing projects and collaborating with perfumers to create high-quality fragrances for multiple segments. Prior experience includes a Research Internship at PT.Pertamina (Persero), focusing on the isolation of porphyrin from crude oil, which led to a publication and presentation at the 3rd International Science and Mathematics Academic Research Talks 2018. Vinny also interned at Danone Aqua, where analytical methods for pre-launch products were developed. Vinny holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2018, and a high school diploma in Science from SMAK Penabur Gading Serpong, graduated in 2014.
