Sherrie Blankenship

Sherrie joined Maner Costerisan in 2008 and was promoted to Principal in 2019. In her role, she provides innovative solutions on complex issues to the firm’s Affordable Housing, Education and Nonprofit clients.

Additionally, Sherrie chairs the firm’s Career Development Committee where she helps provide leadership and guidance to the firm’s younger staff. Her passion for helping others succeed in their careers is evident, as she continues to develop programs that foster personal and professional development.

Soft-spoken, smart and genuine, Sherrie’s attention to detail, patience, strong listening skills and willingness to roll up her sleeves and give her all are intangible characteristics that make her a trusted advisor to her team and clients. Helping people work through challenges and being a part of the solution is what keeps her energized and growing.
