Sarah Follensbee

Sarah Follensbee is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in quality and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Process Improvement at Manet Community Health Center, Inc. since December 2019, Sarah has also held positions as Chief of Staff and Manager of Quality and Performance Improvement. Prior experience includes roles as Performance Liaison Supervisor and Clinical Liaison at Steward Health Care, and Office Coordinator at South County Hospital, where responsibilities included patient scheduling and insurance liaison. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked as a Professional Assistant at Shoreline Podiatry and completed an internship in Nuclear Medicine Technology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Salve Regina University and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Vermont.
