Rukshika Perera

Rukshika Perera has a diverse work experience. Rukshika started their career as a Service Desk Admin intern at ABB in September 2015, where they focused on configuring laptops with customized operating systems and resolving hardware and application issues for company users.

In August 2016, Rukshika joined Colombo Courtyard as an Event Coordinator and Assistant to the General Manager. Here, they worked closely with clients to design marketing and branding materials, pitched new design concepts, and implemented web solutions including SEO, analytics, and social media campaigns.

In February 2018, Rukshika joined BBC by Maneuver Marketing as the Lead for Customer Service and Business Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer service and overseeing business operations. In September 2019, they were promoted to the position of Manager, where they continued to excel in these areas.

Overall, Rukshika has demonstrated their skills in operations management, customer service, event coordination, and technical support throughout their career.

Rukshika Perera pursued their education in the field of IT service management. Rukshika completed their Diploma in IT Service Management at Republic Polytechnic, Singapore from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC HND in Computing and Systems Development - SAD from NetAssist International (Pvt) Ltd in 2012-2013. Rukshika also completed an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology at ESOFT Computer Studies Sri Lanka from 2010 to 2011, specializing in computer software technology/technician.

In addition to their formal education, Rukshika Perera also obtained several certifications that enhance their professional skills. Rukshika received certification in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2016. Furthermore, they acquired the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google in October 2017, and the Google Analytics for Beginners Certification, also from Google, in the same month and year.
