Rock Sfeir

Rock Sfeir is currently the Head of Ops & CX at Maneva, where they oversee operational strategies and customer experience initiatives. Previously, Rock served as Chief of Staff at Paper Edu and held roles at Ritual.co, including Operations Manager and Director, where they were instrumental in launching operations in major cities and leading a global team. Earlier in their career, Rock was a Business Operations Analyst at Hailo, optimizing processes for a vast network of drivers. Rock also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and completed an academic exchange in Business Management at Corvinus University of Budapest.
