Payne & Associates, Inc., TJ Gibbons had a successful tenure at Mangan Inc. where they held various roles such as Director of Operations from June 2015 to July 2017 and Project Manager from February 2012 to July 2017. TJ'sresponsibilities included managing staffing and resource loading, coordinating project schedules and resources, and leading sales and marketing campaigns.

Prior to entering the private sector, they served in the US Navy in various roles including Officer in Charge, Client Liaison Officer, and Assistant Safety Officer. TJ began their academic journey in 1999 at the United States Naval Academy, where they successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering in 2004. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, they enrolled at the Naval Postgraduate School from 2004 to 2005, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Technologies. In 2007, TJ pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Wake Forest University - Babcock Graduate School of Management, which they completed in 2009. Continuing their education, they attended Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2012, specializing in Systems Engineering and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree. Through these programs, TJ Gibbons achieved a strong educational foundation in the field of Systems Engineering.
