Sambhu Pradhan's work experience began in 2012 as a Data Analyst for a self-employed position. In 2013, they became a Virtual Assistant for Freelancer.com. Then in 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist for Upwork. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Mangisoft (OPC) Private Limited Company.

From 2010 to 2013, Sambhu Pradhan attended Shridhar University in Pilani, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
