Lourenço Viana is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Global Head of Research & Customer Insights at MANGO since November 2014, where responsibilities include driving consumer knowledge and enhancing customer experience. Viana has held various roles in the field of design, including Service Design & Research Lead and UX Designer & Researcher at MANGO, and has contributed to academia as a lecturer in Service Design at multiple institutions, including BAU and Elisava Escola Universitària de Disseny i Enginyeria de Barcelona.
