Mar Diaz del Rio

Mar Diaz Del Rio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial control and financial planning within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Controller Comercial for Zara Kids since March 2025, Mar previously held the position of Responsable de planificación y control de gestión comercial en Mango Woman from April 2015. In this role, Mar managed a team of ten, focusing on purchasing strategies and financial KPIs for Mango Woman. Prior experience includes serving as the Controller de producto for Zara Woman at Inditex, where Mar was responsible for purchase planning, and as an Auditor Senior at Deloitte, where Mar engaged in audit planning. Mar began the career as an intern in Administration and Accounting at García y Chans, S.L. Mar holds a Licenciado degree in ADE from Universidade da Coruña, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
