Tom Westerberg has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Tom began their career in 2005 as a Technical Specialist at Raymond James Financial. In 2006, they moved to Sunbelt Software as a .Net Developer for the QA Team. In 2007, they worked as a .Net Developer at Symbiotic Marketing. In 2008, they worked as a Software Product Developer at Inspire Digital Signage, LLC. In 2009, they moved to Raymond James & Associates, Inc. as a Software Engineer. In 2011, they joined American Express as a Technical Lead at Serve an American Express Company and was promoted to Lead Technical Architect and then Director of Technology at Serve an American Express Company. In 2018, they joined InComm as a Sr. Director of Technology and helped to lead the data center migration effort of the Serve Prepaid platform from American Express to InComm. In 2017, they also founded and became the Head of Customer Success at MangoSigns.

Tom Westerberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, General from Florida State University, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001.
