Oleg Goncharenko has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1998, they began their career at McDonald's as a Restaurant Manager, eventually becoming the Marketing Manager and Head of the Marketing Department from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they joined MSG as the Marketing Director. Oleg then worked at A.T. Kearney as an Associate from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they founded KEVURU GAMES and in 2012, they founded Mangosoft.tech, where they are currently serving as the CEO and Founder.
Oleg Goncharenko has a diverse education history in various fields of study. In 1992, they enrolled at Cherkasy State Technological University and completed a Specialist degree with a focus on Computer Science in 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 1998, they attended Cherkasy State University 'Bohdan Hmelnycky' and pursued studies in English language and literature. In 2004, Oleg obtained a Marketing Diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing after a year of dedicated coursework. Later in 2009, they attended INSEAD and earned an MBA degree specializing in MBA studies, which they completed in 2010.
