Cassandra McCall (Novick)

Cassandra McCall (Novick) has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2021, they worked at Mangrove Management Partners as the Senior Director of Revenue Performance & Strategy, building on their previous role as the Director of Revenue Performance & Strategy. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Finance and Revenue Cycle Manager at The REACH Project, Inc.

In 2017, Cassandra worked at Steward Health Care as a Project Manager and Financial Analyst. Before that, they gained experience in various roles at different synagogues from 2013 to 2019, including Sunday School Teacher and Music Teacher. Cassandra taught an innovative 7th-grade curriculum and developed a music curriculum blending modern and traditional songs.

Cassandra also worked as a Financial Analyst & Grants Project Manager at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca from 2015 to 2017, where they performed pro formas, financial analysis, and forecasting. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an Operations Coordinator at Partners HealthCare, where they improved communication and efficiency, saving the department $150,000.

Earlier in their career, Cassandra worked as a Babysitter & Tutor for multiple families in the Greater Atlanta Metro Area from 2009 to 2013, providing after-school care, homework support, and tutoring. Cassandra also had brief roles as a Research Assistant in the Economics Department at Emory University in 2012 and as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, they gained journalism experience as a Reporter - Summer Intern at Talk Radio News Service, where they attended news briefings, wrote news stories, and produced audio clips for broadcast.

Cassandra McCall (Novick) attended Cedar Rapids Washington High School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued further education at Emory University from 2009 to 2013. At Emory, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government & Economics.
