Jonathan D. Russell

Jonathan Russell is an experienced operations manager currently with Manhard Consulting, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as an engagement manager and associate principal at Dunaway Associates from May 2016 to November 2021. Jonathan also contributed to the City of Benbrook as a member of the Planning & Zoning Commission from January 2015 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Jonathan was a project manager and civil engineer at Halff Associates from January 2007 to April 2016, specializing in land development and transportation engineering. Jonathan began professional experience as an intern at Gessner Engineering, LLC., where the focus was on foundation and building structural design from 2004 to 2006. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing studies in 2006.
