Matt Buster

Matthew Buster, PE, currently serves as Regional Manager at Manhard Consulting since April 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Colorado Market Leader for Land Development at David Evans and Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included client relationship development, mentorship, budget management, and project scope preparation. Matthew has held significant positions such as Vice President of Land Development at VCDS, Inc., where oversight encompassed entitlement and infrastructure development, and Senior Project Manager at Matrix Design Group, Inc., leading a major urban development project in Denver. Earlier experience includes roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP USA) as Senior Supervising Engineer and at Civil Design Group, Inc. as Vice President/Engineering Manager. Matthew started the career as an Engineer with the City and County of Denver. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
