Kristin Kay

Kristin Kay has a diverse background, with the majority of their work experience centered around their role as a Design Lead at Manhattan Associates. As a Senior Design Lead, they were responsible for leading design sessions, performing gap analysis, constructing solution design documentation, and providing guidance on Supply Chain best practices. Prior to this, they held positions as a Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at the same company.

In addition to their work at Manhattan Associates, Kristin also participated in a mentoring and networking program called Pathbuilders Achieva® Mentee, where they focused on developing their leadership skills and learning how to navigate the corporate landscape.

Before joining Manhattan Associates, Kristin gained research experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research Asia and also worked as a Summer Staff member at Summit Ministries.

Kristin Kay attended Clemson University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Mathematical Sciences. In April 2018, they obtained the ACHIEVA ALUMNAE certification from Pathbuilders.
