Joe Minnix

Joe Minnix has a diverse work experience in the sales and distribution field. Joe started their career as an Internal Sales Supervisor at PIMCO Advisors in 2000 and worked there until 2006. Joe then joined PIMCO Advisors/Allianz Global Investors Distributors LLC as a VP National Account Manager, where they cultivated and enhanced relationships with independent and bank channel firms.

In 2007, Joe Minnix moved to Allianz Global Investors and served as a VP-Internal Sales, managing the day-to-day activities of over 65 Investment Consultants. Joe monitored call volume, CRM activity, and call quality, and also led the onboarding process for new hires. Joe continued in this role until 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, Joe Minnix took on the position of Director, Head of Internal Sales at Allianz Global Investors, where they managed a bi-coastal team of 27 Internal Sales Managers and Investment Consultants. Joe was responsible for the distribution of Allianz Mutual Funds, Closed End Funds, and Separately Managed Accounts in various channels. Joe also served as a member of the sales management team, contributing to aspects such as territory management, branding, consultative selling, training seminars, and technological enhancements.

Lastly, Joe Minnix currently holds the role of Director of Sales Operations, Inside Sales at Manhattan Beer Distributors since November 2017.

Joe Minnix attended Notre Dame of West Haven from 1986 to 1990. However, no degree or field of study information is provided for this period. Following this, Joe Minnix went on to attend Eastern Connecticut State University from 1990 to 1995. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Business Management during this time.
