Previous roles include Director of Pricing and Planning at ABC Television, where Bator managed over $1.5 billion in commercial inventory, and Supervisor of National Broadcast at McCann, leading a team in handling Nestle USA’s $200 million national broadcast assignments. Early career experience at Ogilvy & Mather involved negotiating broadcast schedules and presenting client recommendations. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
