Rachana Pathak is a legal professional with extensive experience in public service and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Chief of the Worker Protection Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office since March 2004, Rachana has held several key positions including Supervising Attorney for the Construction Fraud Task Force and Senior Investigative Counsel. Prior to this role, Rachana worked as an Assistant District Attorney. Rachana's career began at the NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board as a Coordinator from February 1999 to May 2004. Rachana holds degrees from Cornell University and Fordham University School of Law.
