Luba Poliak

Luba Poliak has extensive experience in piano instruction and performance, currently serving as Piano Faculty at the Manhattan School of Music and teaching at the New York Youth Symphony and 92nd Street Y. Since August 1999, Poliak has performed regularly as a concert pianist at various venues across the United States and internationally. Previously, Poliak held faculty positions at Bard College, the University of Houston, and Lawrence University, among others. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Musical Arts from Stony Brook University and a Master of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music, in addition to studies at Tel Aviv University and conservatories in Belgium.
