Ebony Batson

Ebony Batson currently serves as a Senior Analyst Project Lead at Manhattan Strategy Group, focusing on project operations and communications. Previously, Ebony managed digital learning and marketing initiatives for the American Academy of Otolaryngology, overseeing a major education subscription and guiding faculty members in curriculum development. Ebony has an extensive background in education, having taught first and third grades in multiple school districts, utilizing innovative instructional tools, and collaborating with parents and staff to enhance student outcomes. In earlier roles, Ebony gained administrative experience as a front desk receptionist and client service associate.
