Carrie S. began their career in 2003 as an Office Manager at IPS Solar (Innovative Power Systems, Inc.). In 2005, they joined The Manhattan Toy Company as a Marketing Specialist.

Carrie S. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained an Imparture Training certification from Imparture in March 2019.
