During product, pricing, and commercial strategy consulting, helped determine go-to-market strategies for product bundling and pricing, as well as client onboarding processes for a global payroll SaaS company. 3+ years of experience as CFO of a last-mile delivery farmer’s market in St. Louis called Find Your Farmer. During this time, developed and analyzed commercial strategies and launched new business lines such as subscription programs and large-scale partnerships with offices and coworking campuses, analyzed consumer behavior through cohort analysis and market data to understand key drivers of acquisition and retention, and analyzed operational efficiency to understand fulfillment pain points and areas for improvement.
