Daneisha Nichols

DaNeisha Nichols is a Real Estate Associate at Manhattan West where she is integrally involved in all aspects of the firm’s real estate operations. Her primary focus is on managing and providing operational services to the Real Estate Team and the various underlying Funds.

Prior to joining Manhattan West, Mrs. Nichols worked in various management roles for a publicly traded retail company for over 10 years. She was responsible for managing sales, budgets, and profit & loss results to ensure maximum growth. In addition, she provided payroll management, inventory control, operational audits and training services to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, Mrs. Nichols earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
