Shashwati Panigrahi

Shashwati Panigrahi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shashwati started their career at Torry Harris Business Solutions as an Associate Software Engineer in September 2006. Shashwati later moved on to become a Software Engineer and then acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for two complex projects, Altamira and Synergy. During this time, they interacted with clients, gathered requirements, created system requirement specifications, and designed, implemented, and tested solutions.

In 2010, Shashwati joined Accenture as a Senior Business Analysis Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for gathering, analyzing, and providing solutions for complex enhancements. Shashwati conducted Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to ensure accurate requirement gathering.

Shashwati then transitioned to The Home Depot in 2013, where they worked as a Business Analyst for a short period.

In the same year, they started working at Manheim as a Business Analyst, and later took on the role of Senior Business Analyst. Shashwati continued to grow in the company, becoming a Senior Technical Analyst in October 2019. In November 2020, they were promoted to Senior Product Owner, and then to Lead Product Owner in October 2022.

Throughout their career, Shashwati has consistently demonstrated their expertise in gathering requirements, analyzing complex projects, and providing effective solutions.

Shashwati Panigrahi completed their 12th grade education in the field of PCMB at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1990 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2002 to 2006.
