Valerie Grimm

Valerie Grimm is an experienced real estate professional and auctioneer, currently working as a Real Estate Agent at UTR-TEXAS Realtors since October 2024, specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales. With ownership of Martindale Auction Services since 2006, Valerie has facilitated live and online auctions in the Greater Houston, Galveston Gulf Coast, and central Texas regions. Additional auctioneer roles have included positions at Manheim and previously at CJ Stommel & Associates Auto Auction, where Valerie served as a Contract Auctioneer. Prior to joining UTR-TEXAS, Valerie was a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty Clear Lake from September 2015 to October 2024, earning accolades such as the "Rookie Volume Written" award in 2016 and recognition as a Top 20 Real Estate Influencer in 2022. Valerie's early career included work as a Freelance Court Reporter from 1995 to 2008.
