Abdelaziz Hafez, B.A. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abdelaziz started their career as a Front-end Developer in 2010 and then worked as a System Administrator at Vodafone from 2014 to 2017. Abdelaziz then joined the Ministry of Youth & Sports of Egypt as a Technical Team Lead from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they provided leadership and technical support to the team. In 2020, Abdelaziz worked as a Sr IT Tech at Maximus, where they excelled in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for various software, hardware, network, and cloud-related issues. Abdelaziz also liaised with different support teams and consistently achieved top performance. Following this, they joined HCL Technologies as a Sr IT Tech from 2020 to 2022. At HCL Technologies, Abdelaziz gained experience in the IT field and demonstrated their technical expertise. In 2022, they joined Collins Aerospace as a Sr Cloud Ops Analyst. In this role, Abdelaziz handled operational and technical aspects of enterprise cloud and virtualization environments while providing senior-level guidance to other digital technology teams. Abdelaziz also engaged with clients to understand their challenges and delivered innovative solutions that increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved reliability. In 2023, they joined Manifest MedEx as a Cloud Operations Analyst, furthering their experience in cloud operations. Abdelaziz Hafez, B.A. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Helwan University Cairo. Abdelaziz attended the university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Abdelaziz also obtained several certifications. Abdelaziz completed the "Kubernetes: Technical Briefing with Labs" course from Microsoft in December 2022. In May 2023, they achieved the certification of "Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Abdelaziz also earned the "CompTIA A+" certification from CompTIA in December 2021, the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" certification from Microsoft in December 2022, and the "Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2021.
