Dolores Green

Dolores Green has served as the Executive Director of the Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA) since 1981, representing over 1200 physicians in all modes of practice in Riverside County. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care, since 1995. She oversees its PPO, EPO, and Workers’ Comp Network activities as well as its ACO projects and its recently formed Community Care Network. She also served as the CEO of the Inland Empire Health Information Exchange from 2011 until early 2017.

Green serves on the Board of Directors of Manifest MedEx and the Inland Empire HIO. She is a Past Chair of the California Medical Executives Conference; Past-President of several organizations including, Physicians Peer Review, Inc.; Health Care Administrators Association; Health Care Foundation of Southern California; and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Foundation for Medical Care and the American Association of PPOs, Pacific Region. She also serves on the NORCAL Advisory Council of NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company and the National CME Council. She is a California Licensed Life Agent.

She received her undergraduate degree from CA State University, San Bernardino, and her MBA degree in Business/Finance from the University of Redlands.
