Mark Reynolds

Mark Reynolds is Chief Operating Officer for Anthem Blue Cross of California. Anthem Inc. (NYSE: ANTM), a Fortune 100 company, operates as a diversified health care benefits company, and Anthem provides healthcare coverage for over seven million Californians. Reynolds joined Anthem in 2015.

Prior to joining Anthem, Reynolds was President of Aetna of California. He also held various positions at PacifiCare and FHP. Prior to entering the managed care industry, Reynolds served as an infantry officer in the United States Army.

He’s served on various boards including the California Association of Health Plans and the California Healthcare Performance Information System, and was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to serve as chairperson for the California State Health Policy and Data Advisory Commission. Reynolds currently sits on the board of the Integrated Healthcare Association, where he also serves on the executive committee.

Reynolds holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
