Nydia Barriga

Nydia Barriga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nydia began their career as an On-Air Personality at Coyote Radio in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Academic Tutor at Club Z and later interned as a Learning & Curriculum Intern at Saint Mary's Medical Center. Nydia also served as a Counselor, International Staff Liaison, and Assistant Evening Activities Director at Camp Cayuga during the summer of 2008.

In 2008, Nydia joined Cardiovascular Consultants as an Office Receptionist, where they provided administrative support. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Gallery Assistant at A Gallery, where they assisted with exhibitions and managed databases. Nydia then moved on to become the Director of Artists Relations at Album Artists, where they maintained a contact database and facilitated promotions.

Nydia transitioned to the healthcare industry and joined Inland Empire EHR Resource Center (LEC) in 2012 as a Project Assistant. Nydia assisted with various projects and administrative tasks. Nydia continued their healthcare career at Inland Empire Health Information Exchange (IEHIE) in 2014, working as an Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer & Director of Operations. Nydia supported daily operations and provided assistance to the leadership team.

From 2015 to 2017, Nydia held the role of Production Operations Analyst at IEHIE, where they provided support, conducted system audits, and analyzed utilization reports. Nydia also served as the EMPI Manager at Manifest MedEx from 2018 to 2019, overseeing operations and managing the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI).

Nydia then transitioned to the role of Senior System Integration Analyst at Manifest MedEx, where they supported and maintained critical healthcare integration solutions. Nydia was responsible for first and second-line customer support and utilized various software platforms.

Nydia'smost recent role at Manifest MedEx was Operations Supervisor, where they managed day-to-day operations and developed policies and procedures for the support function. Nydia also managed the external help desk and ensured compliance with service level agreements and company policies.

Nydia Barriga completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Communications and Public Relations from California State University-San Bernardino between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they obtained a certification in HIPAA Privacy & Security Awareness from VMD Health Care Training, LLC in August 2015.
