Manifesting M.E. Wellness is a Black woman-owned, Inglewood-based organization that provides access to holistic mental health services. Provided services include holistic psychotherapy, yoga, hormone wellness counseling, healing circles, reiki, and wellness workshops. All services are holistic, trauma-informed, BIPOC centered, culturally inclusive, and queer-affirming.

Our vision is to create a safe place to teach and empower individuals and communities to care for their Mental and Emotional needs from a whole-person perspective. We believe manifesting Mental and Emotional wellness means preventing and treating symptoms of Mental and Emotional illness by creating a lifestyle that integrates and enhances mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the individual and community. 
 
Founder & CEO, Katrina Long, LCSW (she) is an International Healing Arts Therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher and energy healer.  She specializes in integrating traditional psychology with holistic healing modalities to provide relief from mental and emotional distress.

Manifesting M.E. Wellness also provides support to other holistic mental health practitioners of the African diaspora.
