Angel Antonio Santiago Gonzalez is a highly experienced project management professional with extensive expertise in leading large infrastructure and capital projects across various sectors. Currently serving as the Project Management Group Adviser at Manila Water since November 2022, Angel is responsible for driving transformational initiatives and achieving ambitious capex objectives.
