Johndel Brucal

Johndel Brucal, MBA, PE, DDCAD, ICTNCII, SO2, currently serves as the Primary Network Services Department Head at Manila Water since July 2016, overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring efficient operation of the water supply primary network. With a comprehensive background spanning various managerial roles, including Distribution Grid Manager and Network Manager, Johndel has contributed to the development and execution of strategic water system projects, regulatory compliance, and technical service delivery. Previous experience includes roles at INLAND Corporation as a QA Inspector and at Tigerland Realty Corporation as a Tankfarm Engineer, among others. Johndel's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, and ongoing studies in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Batangas State University.
