Marvin Lascano

Marvin Lascano is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Concession Finance Head and Financial Regulation Department Head at Manila Water since May 2009, where responsibilities include government relations, internal audit, risk management, financial planning, policy development, strategic planning, and financial modeling. Prior to this role, Marvin held the position of Senior Regulatory Financial Analyst at Rainmaker Asia Inc. from July 2007 to January 2009 and served as Accounting Manager, overseeing general accounting, payroll administration, and cost analysis. Marvin holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration, a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same institution.
